GREAT BEND - Janice Marie Effertz, 51, died Jan. 26, 2008, at her home, Great Bend.

She was born Sept. 15, 1956, in Williston, N.D., the daughter of Henry Louis and Sharon Joan Grisius Effertz. A resident of Great Bend since 1990, moving from Wichita, she was a caregiver for Sunflower Diversified Services.
